He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in both South Carolina and North Carolina since 2020, specializing in serving buyers and sellers with dedication and expertise. Alongside his real estate practice, Miguel is a licensed General Contractor in both states. He excels in building new construction homes, including custom and spec builds, and is adept at remodeling projects for homeowners. Miguel also brings his skills to the commercial sector, completing tenant upfits and various construction services for commercial properties.

 

A native of the Dominican Republic, fluent in English and Spanish, Miguel has lived in the United States since 2015 when he and his family moved to Myrtle Beach, SC. Miguel and his wife have two beautiful boys. A hard-working family man and a devoted father of two, Miguel moved his family to Charlotte after a successful career in the Coastal Carolina area. "The growth here is explosive, and it's a fascinating time for Mecklenburg County," says Miguel. "It's a place where we can give our children the same kind of upbringing we had, with great schools, morals, and a real sense of community, and I'm honored to be able to help people find and sell their homes here."

 

Miguel studied International Business at the University of Belgrano in Argentina. Aside from family, faith, and business, Miguel's greatest passion is giving back. "Doors have been opened for me at different times in my life, and I didn't get to where I am without someone taking a chance on me. I strive daily to do the same for others," he says.
